Itinerary:

Day 1

1. Airport Pick Up – Our team will pick you up from Ngurah Rai International Airport and take you to Eco.Bike.Coffee
2. Coffee Farm Visit – Discover how ripeness, altitude, and variety affect the final cup straight from the coffee farm. 
3. Penglipuran Village – Learn about Balinese cultural life in Penglipuran and rest with a delightful lunch.
4. Dinner – Prepare for the next day with a delicious dinner and a warm stay at Eco.Bike.Coffee
5. Rest at Farm House – You will stay at our farm house, near the coffee processing station. Equipped with bunk beds, we’re pursuing togetherness where you can connect to others coffee tour members.

Day 2

1. Breakfast – Fueling up with a hearty breakfast. You can try our local breakfast and snack packed with energy.
2. Coffee Farm Activity – Don’t just watch, be the part of a coffee farmer and handpick your own coffee cherries. Here, you can learn to pick the right ripe cherries and sort it to a perfect quality.
3. Lunch & Free Flow Coffee – After all the hands-on action, it’s time to relax and recharge. Enjoy a delicious buffet meal featuring local flavors.
4. Coffee Processing Session  – Dig deeper into the coffee processing especially the fermenting, drying and sorting part where quality is top prioritized.
5. Roasting Experience – Visit our roastery and dive into the roasting process. Learn how beans develop their flavor, and get a chance to roast your own coffee to take home.
6. Barbeque Dinner – Get a rest for the day with a barbeque party and good food as always.

Day 3

• Ulun Danu Temple – Straight after breakfast, we’ll visit the most iconic temple in Kintamani, Ulun Danu Batur Temple. 

• Cupping Session – Wrap the day with a tasting session like the pros. Through cupping, you’ll explore the nuances of different beans like acidity, sweetness, body, and all the hidden flavor notes. It’s a sensory adventure you won’t forget.

1. Check out and dinner – Lastly, we’ll drive to Jimbaran for authentic Balinese seafood cuisine. Don’t eat seafood? Don’t worry, we also got plenty of other options dedicated to your liking.
