- Coffee Farm Visit – Discover how ripeness, altitude, and variety affect the final cup straight from the coffee farm. If you come in the harvest season, you can handpick the coffee cherries.
- Coffee Processing Session – You’ll step into the shoes of a coffee processor—sorting, fermenting, and drying beans. Learn about different methods like natural, washed, honey, and even our signature Koji process.
- Lunch & Free Flow Coffee – After all the hands-on action, it’s time to relax and recharge. Enjoy a delicious buffet meal featuring local flavors.
- Roasting Experience – Visit our roastery and dive into the roasting process. Learn how beans develop their flavor, and get a chance to roast your own coffee to take home.
