Our farmers carefully handpick only the ripest fruit, ensuring every bean carries the richness of our terroir. Through meticulous processing—from fully washed to experimental koji fermentation—we unlock flavors that tell the story of our land. Finally, our beans make their way to our café, where each cup is brewed with precision, connecting you to the very essence of Kintamani. From farm to cup, it’s not just coffee—it’s a story of dedication, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence.

Specialty Coffee
Since 2016, we encourage ourselves to produce the specialty coffee and serve it to the coffee lover directly. These experiences can’t be counted by time and money, and we’re still living it confidently in the midst of climate change and crazy competition to buy the coffee cherry. By working together with the farmer and consistently ask them to pick only the red and mature cherry, even though it’s hard yet we believe in the future the farmer will be more understand about it. Also the processor’s team must be follow the highest standard that we have to improve the taste of coffee bean and try the new way of processing.
