Get your coffee experience from Batur Bali origin through the real experience as a coffee farmer & processor. Feel the experience Live likes a farmer in our coffee farm and directly experience in coffee farming and processing.
1. Coffee farming.
In this step, we will share you about the variety, farming and how to pick the right coffee cherry. You may also have a direct communication with the picker and farmer.
2. Coffee processing and fermentation (washed, natural & koji)
Jump down yourself into the post-harvest. Do the cherry sortation, which the right color for the good sweetness, before that we have to wash it and remove the floating cherry. Next is pulping and fermentation. Know the details of our fermentation method of fully washed, anaerobic natural and fermentation using koji starter.
3. Roasting Experienced
We will sample roast some green bean of fully washed and natural. Even you’re a roaster, in this section we can share each other of our experience during your roast time.
4. Cupping session
Practice to taste and observe of each process that we you learn in the 2nd step. In a cupping section, we have to identify the sweetness, cleanness, acidity, mouthfeel and aftertaste.
